We take care to present our products as accurately as possible. However, photos and colours may differ slightly due to lighting or screen settings.
Quantities, sizes, and packaging may vary slightly from the descriptions provided.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Products with zero price (0,00 EUR) can not be ordered online but only on demand and via previous email communication.
Payments must be made through the available payment methods on our webshop.
4. Delivery
We deliver only within Belgium (unless stated otherwise or agreed by previous email communication).
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on stock availability and transport.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after delivery, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing (email to info@eleadora.com) before the 14-day period expires.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will refund the full purchase price (including initial shipping costs, if applicable) within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items, perishable goods, or sealed goods that were opened after delivery and cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons.
6. Warranty & Liability
All products are covered by the statutory warranty under Belgian and EU law.
We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by force majeure or events beyond our control.

Belgian law applies, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Brussels court.
